1. It appears to be family owned and they are helpful in tell you where to go, where NOT to go (always helpful in a new city) and things in the area worth seeing.

3. As previous reviews stated the parking is tight at this hotel, but we unloaded our luggage easily and went to our room which was a two room suite on the Broadway side, this was a little noisy but ear plugs helped and you are in a city so you have to expect some noise.
