1. We didn't really try to walk anywhere from the hotel, so I can't say if it was conveniently located to things like the cable car etc.

3. Continental 'breakfast' more like a snack and not a big meal (granola bars, yogurt, coffee, juice) - enough to get you going in the morning though.
