3. The staff was super friendly and helpful, no problem finding parking at the hotel, plenty of eating places in the neighborhood, cool pub down the street on the corner.

6. The little fridge was very handy to store beer or wine and kept things nice and cool and it was great to have a decent sized ironing board and a good iron and the location was super for pubs, restaurants, nearby coin laundry, internet cafe round the corner etc.
