5. The location is fantastic with restaurants and cafes around the corner, the cable car only a couple of blocks away and Ghiradelli Square/Fishermans Wharf an easy walk down the hill.

7. Parking is free which is a big plus and the other big plus is It's in a fantastic area of San Fran with the trendy bars, organic supermarket and cafes of Russian Hill just around the corner.
