1. Too many glitches to be worth the money and the 1000 reward points they gave us in compensation was cold comfort after the inconvenience, cold showers and our many (albeit pleasant) interactions with engineering.

2. Each time we spoke to the front desk about one of these problems, they were extremely pleasant and eager to help - but at over $400 a night we really shouldn't have had a problem every day - especially with something as basic as hot water.

7. Rooms very pleasant (I had a 15th floor deluxe room which was bordering on sumptuous) and great to sleep in, with wonderful linen, down pillows and marble bathroom.

The chauffeur was very friendly and was conversational (the pleasant way not the awkward way) Each night we were greeted when we returned and one of the staff took it upon him to remember my name and would greet us and personally go out of his way to provide transportation to wherever we were going.
