1. The first time i stayed here it reminded on the Wynn in Las Vegas and better.

2. The furniture at the St Regis is better quality (the W furniture reminds me of IKEA), the bathroom actually has SPACE you can use, they give you shower caps, cotton balls, etc.

3. If you are in town for an event at the Moscone Center or are looking to attend the museum you couldn't pick a better hotel.

The next morning I called down and asked if they had a club lounge wanted to grab a cup of coffee while the wife was sleeping and was told they didnt have one so I asked if I could get a coffee maker brought up was informed that would not be possible? OK no biggie took a walk to get some fresh air and when I returned ordered some from room service and that's when I noticed it was $16 for coffee but I had to suck it up needed to get the wife up and going so 40 minutes later when it finally came (barely warm) they charged a 21% service fee as well as a $5 delivery charge on top???? I could of had some delivered from Starbucks for less and would have been much better.

9. As we were leaving for the evening we finally had to ask them and were told they forgot and our welcome gift is a chocolate bar but that there were no upgrades available? So I passed on the candy and when I looked online and there were plenty of suites available? This is typical of some other lower end Starwood properties but I would expect better from St Regis.

10. It is still better than most, but after getting spoiled with the suites it is almost disappointing to not get upgraded, especially when you are celebrating a special occasion like your engagement anniversary.
