1. We are Starwoods Gold members and even though we were on a conference group rate, we were upgraded to a large, lovely corner room, free WIFI, and given a 4pm checkout.

3. I was surprised that such a high end hotel couldn't provide tea bags but could provide numerous sachets of coffee for free, didn't have a fruit bowl and no turn down delights.
