1. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay on the Wharf, excellent location with just a short walk to Peir 39, Columbus Ave (for North Beach (Little Italy) & China Town), cable cars, hop on & hop off bus tours.

8. Also, eat at the Blue Mermaid - the crab and corn chowder was the best i had anywhere on the Wharf - and the calamari was excellent.
