The other was that it was our anniversary whilst there, and my husband's sister 'tried' to organise a bottle of champagne for us which was very unsuccessful - several phone calls wasted, champagne finally appeared, we didn't know who it was from, she ended up speaking to the manager, etc etcThese were minor however, and really didn't detract from our overall experience of the hotel, which really was better than we expected - worth the 5 points.
