1. A couple of very minor service issues - the first couple of days we got back from town mid to late afternoon and our room still hadn't been made up even though we had taken care to indicate we were out using their 'green light' system.

2. They were offered treasure chest toys upon arrival, had child-sized robes provided, a plate of cookies awaiting us in the room, 2 pet goldfish for them to care for during our stay, and a treasure hunt with a Ghirradelli bar prize.
