3. I may not have gone out for a tour of the city since i am part of the officers in this busy convention but I have met the many departmental managers who made us feel so very welcome and important.

8. I usually love getting into the haven of a hotel lobby after a long flight or a busy street, but this was the least welcoming lobby I've ever seen.
