1. 'I went to the now open gold elite desk to voice my extreme displeasure (actually, I suggested that if I set a fire in the middle of the room, someone might pay some attention to it) and was assured that it would be taken care of immediately.

9. We stayed @ this hotel for 1 night & the staff was super friendly, from the minute we walked in, they took care of us, our Room was avaliable right away, nice clean Room, only complaint i have is the bathroom needs updating & also no free wi-fi, the Beds were super confortanble.
