1. Having said the foregoing, I must add that each and every member of the staff was most pleasent, strived to be helpful and tried to accommodate, the only exception being that most of them simply lied about the status of the A/C.

4. I stayed here for a trade show, and it was almost perfect for that: nice large lobby area to accommodate meetings, good central location for dinners, and we easily arranged a shuttle to McCormick Convention Center.
