5. When I went to the front desk in the morning, one of their red-jacketed agent took my room card, wrote down my cell phone number, and said my belongings would be in the new room for my 2nd night when I came back that night.

7. Dont know how, but I was granted a VIP PASS, for free access to cookines, drinks, wonderful place, the hotel is not BRAND NEW, it is not elegant, BUT HAVE A GREAT LOCATION, in the middle of the Michigan avenue.
