4. It was a busy weekend and a lot of families were there, very loud in general both in the lobby and around our room.

5. The concierge was really helpful (sorry that we don't remember her name but her mother in law lives in Boston),and you even see the general manager adjusting the picture frames in the lobby.

We got free wireless internet for the duration of our 5-night stay because my wife signed up for the Starwood program, but in general I think it is a bit much that apparently full-service business hotels don't automatically offer free internet when so many budget tourist-oriented accommodations do.

7. Now, normally in these big chain hotels, I neither expect nor have many interactions with the staff, and I generally expect them to be very 'by-the-book' - polite, but not flexible.

8. You have a great staff in general but I would say even at checkout on Sunday night as we had to creat an expense account for our College and put the rooms on our travel card-everything was well done.

9. While we were not crazy about the hotel in general last week (kind of old and tired), I have to say that one young lady at the Starwood check-in was outstanding.
