2. Beds were comfortable, the water in the shower was always hot (which is not always the case in other hotels), the elevators were fast, and the service was great everywhere in the hotel.

5. We called guest servces for several requests (my daugher forgot her toothbrush for one) and they were gracious in fulfilling our request and fast in their delivery.
