1. On the second day I called to request a 4 pm check-out, which is at this point guaranteed for gold members except at resorts and conference centers (which this location is not).

10. The stay would have been perfect, except for the house-keeping -- she kept using her key to come into my room even though I had the privacy sign (or 'peace and quiet' sign as they call it) out on the door knob.
