1. The hotel desk person removed the charge without a hassle (still, I have seen this on many of the reviews making me wonder if they just throw minibar charges on the bills hoping people won't notice and will just pay it).

3. I called in and we got refunded (still waiting for confirmation) which was easy and fast, but I am wondering if they do that to all their customers, to see what they can get a way with? ConclusionGood for business trips.
