2. We managed to get a room facing south on the 7th floor, with an obstructed view of the river, which was better than nothing, but they were fully booked so couldn't provide anything higher than the 9th floor.

4. The TV set itself to a high volume every time you turned it on (maybe good if you have gone deaf in the mean time), and I've learnt that it's maybe better to tip the maid a day earlier than you leave (there was a knock at the door at 9.

7. The only thing i could imagine to make this hotel better is it be located right on Michigan Ave but for the great deal I got, i was incredibly happy.
