3. I am a big fan of the Thompson Hotel chain - they recently took over the SAX - it isn't necessarily as new/fresh as some of the other Thompson hotels I've stayed at but I would recommend it.

10. the bellman walked us in to the lobby acted like he was going to be right behind us by telling us to go up in the first elevator and that he would be in the next, and to our surprise a new bellman showed up with the luggage.
