3. She had excellent information on where to eat and what to see in Chicago, and she was kind enough to book reservations at our chosen restaurants and provided us with a printed booking confirmation.

This hotel describes itself as a boutique hotel, which it's not quite, BUT our room was spacious, huge bathroom with black & white tiled floor and green walls, excellent a/c, mini bar, in a superb location (River North/Marina City) with walking access to everything you could want, and very friendly and helpful staff.
