1. Only downsides, and they are small, are that the TV, albeit HUGE, was very awkward to operate, the Wifi cost $15 A DAY, parking cost $55 a day (all these charges add up.

This hotel describes itself as a boutique hotel, which it's not quite, BUT our room was spacious, huge bathroom with black & white tiled floor and green walls, excellent a/c, mini bar, in a superb location (River North/Marina City) with walking access to everything you could want, and very friendly and helpful staff.
