1. I did have an issue after I booked, but before I arrived and the hotel staff was friendly, responsive and my concerns were resolved before we arrived.

7. I am very loyal to IHG hotels, but am searching for a new Chicago hotel for my upcoming 2 week stay in September as I take umbrage by the hotel management's disregard for being responsible for the problem.

8. Hotel management did change my room and clean every article of mine including luggage, but they totally denied that they were in any way responsible and suggested the bugs were on my luggage when I checked in.
