1. The really cool thing about it was that it offered for free a basic internet service where you can look up places to eat and other basic info around the area and the hotel.

2. Enjoyed the location, 5 minutes from Nay Pier, hotel entrance on Michigan Avenue, very cool historic tower artifacts and decor, good hotel meal service and excellent service staff at the front desk and wait staff.

3. These are the issues we had with this hotel:-Extremely loud and inefficient heating/cooling system-TV didn't work, maintenance was willing to try and fix it but at this point we had already gotten in to bed and didn't want them in our room-They charge for Internet -They charge $12.

5. So many hotels take the old infrastructure and put in window heating and cooling units that are noisy, cheap doors so you hear people in the hall, small bathrooms and crowded sinks.

7. I heard also that you pay $12 for the pool but you can be rest assured its not; its all free except for the Gym - this you must pay for I'm afraid but with plenty of parks nearby I went for a run down towards the Bean (Cloud) - found a running route along the waterfront which was cool.
"Great Location and the hotel's not bad either! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/12/2011 Vote
8. Even so, it seems incomprehensible that it could take all night to try and cool the room to the setting of 75, and never succeed.
