3. The carpet on the 16th floor at a minimum needs a good cleaning but really it's time to replace all of the carpet.

6. I believe it is an old building, its really good located, it is some blocks from the rivers and 6 blocks from the harbor, shops and nice restaurants around, if you want party there are blues bars few blocks in the windy city.

7. Enjoyed the location, 5 minutes from Nay Pier, hotel entrance on Michigan Avenue, very cool historic tower artifacts and decor, good hotel meal service and excellent service staff at the front desk and wait staff.
