4. Another trip to reception to sort it out, except this time I was told they couldn't charge my room to my corporate card as I hadn't provided ID of the cardholder at check in.

5. seriously, it was very quiet except for the apparent 3 alarm fire that occurred sometime early evening when the trucks went by, but that was it.
