Best features - outlets where you need them, lighting controls where you need them, tv selections, smart use of space, via coffee in room, comfortable lounge area in room, blackout shades instead of dusty blinds, turn down service with ice, cookies, music and lighting, small but lively bar, and did I mention the wonderful staff?.
