7. They were incredibly patient with so many of us coming and going getting ready for the wedding - they kept checking in on us making sure the trash didn't need to be emptied in the bridesmaids room and were extremely accommodating in terms of coming back in the late afternoon to clean our rooms.

8. Also, they checked us in 4 hrs early AND we checked out 4 hrs late (for $100 late check-out), which accommodated our train schedule beautifully.

10. James also wins out in the 'check-out' time, they are willing to accommodate most reasonable requests (I checked out at 2:30, that made life so much easier, I was able to even catch an Architecture boat tour.
