1. The BEST benefit was having use of the hotel town car - a beautiful Audi Q7 - which you can request to drop you to downtown locations if available - we used this service a few times and it was excellent.

4. As far as choices for boutique hotels in Chicago, there are much better options with beautiful architecture, interior design, good gym and/or spa facilities, swimming pool, and other amenities, such as Kimpton hotels and Radisson Blu Aqua.
