1. The room itself was a good size, with enough closet space, a well equipped bathroom, a nice size desk and chair, and an up-to-date tv (I didn't turn it on but it looked new).

5. We received a fantastic room rate, a $10 credit towards our in-room mini-bar, 2 free drink vouchers at the South Water Kitchen restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and a complimentary morning newspaper (although inexplicably we received the new York Times instead of a Chicago paper).
