1. Hotel Monaco was kind and accommodating, and gave us a room on the lowest floor, right next to the stairwell :)After 3 years of looking at reviews and having to delay our trip, Hotel Monaco literally blew away all my expectations.

2. Management was very accommodating--I contacted them prior to our arrival, because I get nervous about elevators, and I was afraid of being up on a super high floor with no access to the stairs.
