6. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel with a staff that is just as friendly and helpful.

8. easy check-in, helpful staff - really wanted to make sure we had a great trip - was in Chicago for a wedding and they did everything to make the trip comfortable.

9. The room was nice with partial views to the river, the staff were so very friendly and helpful, the restaurant next door fantastic, and the free morning Starbucks coffee in the lobby and evening wine bar were a treat.
