1. The room itself was a good size, with enough closet space, a well equipped bathroom, a nice size desk and chair, and an up-to-date tv (I didn't turn it on but it looked new).

5. I received a personal email from Marco, the manager, thanking me for my kind comments and mentioning the fact that my daughter will be attending college in Chicago in the fall and he hoped I'd let him know when we were coming again and he'd make sure we got a 'good' room.
