4. Overall the staff were very friendly including the lovely doorman, but I felt that this hotel was too business-like for a holiday stay.

5. Small things like complimentary WiFi would have made the stay better - bed and breakfasts we stayed at in upstate New York managed this with no problem.

10. Great room a bit small but just right for this business man and the days I had to spend in New York, I like how the Queen Rooms have been renovated had not stayed in one since I usually stay with the family and get a King Suite which is a charm and very victorian style.
