4. The staff used to feel free to make adjustments to make your stay easier or more convenient (letting you check in earlier if the room were available or comping you a computer charge if it hadn't worked well.

5. As it stands, the renovations of recent years were incredibly tasteful, the bedding and other amenities lovely, and the hotel is very clean and totally bed-bug free.
