2. The service was great as usual even though I miss this Great Front Office Manager Edwin, who has moved up in position but his service has been the most exceptional, professional and warmest my family and I have experience in the world.

8. Drastically in need of renovation, rooms barely bigger than the bed, rude staff, no view whatsoever(except the smell of breakfast coming in thorugh the ancient and noisy aircon unit).

9. My room on my first stay was a two-room suite on the Madison Ave side of the hotel, roomy and pleasant, except for the bathroom which was smallish but comfortable enough.
