I thought Hotel Wales was a charming little hotel with very friendly front of staff and in a
great
location close to fabulous restaurants (particularly useful as there isn't room service to speak of - they will get food from restaurant next door).

It's in a
great
location - upper east side - really close to the park - away from all of the major attractions.

The service was
great
as usual even though I miss this
great
Front Office Manager Edwin, who has moved up in position but his service has been the most exceptional, professional and warmest my family and I have experience in the world.

I wish the gentleman all the best and Front Desk really misses him I have to say service was good but one can tell Edwin was missing not fast and knowing what you need even before you approach them and just openly helpfull as he was but still
great
service overall in all departments.

great
room a bit small but just right for this business man and the days I had to spend in New York, I like how the Queen Rooms have been renovated had not stayed in one since I usually stay with the family and get a King Suite which is a charm and very victorian style.
