1. We called the front desk again and were advised that the maintenance person had told them that it wouldn't be working again any time soon and so they were waiting to see what we wanted to do (we thought this an odd response, as we certainly weren't going to stay in that room).

2. On this and a huge billing error of the hotel's against my account, I had to call in at least 6 times to try to get a response.

3. I wrote back that that was unacceptable - that I wished a response only from Sheraton corporate offices as the hotel had proven itself a culture absent professionalism.

6. my colleague and i shared a room at the sheraton four points chelsea a few weeks ago while on a business trip, and had a very bad experience with an extremely disappointing lack of response from management.
