1. the window opened a crack (6') which was great to let in the sounds and smells of the city (there is nothing like the smell of food cooking combined with all the other city smells) Unlike many hotels there are a ton of outlets, great for multi phone charging.

3. Spent couple of nights last week, liked the location, within walking distance to many financial institutions where our meetings were, close to shops and restaurants.

Were I to stay again I'd probably try and avoid the street-facing rooms and ask for one of the higher floors to reduce some of the city noise, but even so, you're likely to be woken up by some of the rowdier guests arriving in their rooms in the small hours: there's little to no soundproofing on the doors leading to the main hallway.
