1. The best positive for the hotel is the staff, extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable of the area.

9. Hotel does come with a nice bar and a restaurant with outdoor seating which I did not use as NYC is filled with great eateries in every neighborhood so it's best to explore the dining options outside.
