2. The location was fantastic, my daughter goes to FIT which is right down the street, there is a bar (Rare view) on the other side of the block with music and great views of the city and a roof that retracts, and a small cafe (bluedogcafe) down the street with breakfast foods and great sandwiches.

3. the window opened a crack (6') which was great to let in the sounds and smells of the city (there is nothing like the smell of food cooking combined with all the other city smells) Unlike many hotels there are a ton of outlets, great for multi phone charging.

5. You are within walking distance of the Empire State Building, Macy's and many great clothing stores and restaurants including Mario Batali's Eataly NYC located on West 23rd Street .

6. Our room was on the 19th floor with a great view of the Empire State Building was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

7. When we arrived at the hotel the staff was great and very helpful, with my wife being allergic to feathers a staff member was sent up to the room to check the pillows for us to make sure they were the hypoallergenic ones we had requested.

9. Maid service was good, the front desk was pleasant every time we went through no matter who was on duty and recommended a great restaurant around the corner as well as easily arranged a car back to Kennedy airport for us with no fuss.
