1. Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller and views are generally lacking.

2. We did not use the hotel restaurant as the first night we tried it was so noisy we couldn't conduct a conversation as it appears to be in a tequila bar open to the general public and was very rowdy.

3. Cons: tired room, service seemed impersonal, could hear a lot of street noise even on the 17th floor, the reading lamps were too high over the bed, and just a generally cold vibe.

6. Having said that, the beds were very comfortable indeed and the shower was generously sized and good (which counts for a lot).

Just now, only subsequent to my correspondance to Sheraton Public Relations, I received an again exceedingly unprofessional, inappropriately familiar 2 line email from that general manager - Melwyn Gomez - which inappropriately addressed me by my first name and demanded I call him as opposed to the reverse.

10. In total, I stood waiting in the lobby for a general manager simply never came for over 30 minutes, missing my train back to DC.
