1. We were on the 16th floor, so it was fairly quiet, except for people opening & closing their room doors.

4. It is a tiny hotel, there is basically no lobby except a tiny check-in counter and a couple of computers for the guests to use, and only has 8 rooms per floor.

7. Hotel staff at the front desk are not too friendly or enthusiastic except for one lady (you will soon know who is meant) but they do an alright job.
