1. Bed & bedding extremely comfortable, bathroom was perfect, we were on the 11th floor so quite quiet.

7. I have been a satisfied customer for years, and this trip only confirmed my belief that the Milburn is the perfect place to stay in terms of value, convenience and staff support.

8. I have to say that - with one notable exception - the desk staff were pretty grumpy but they were perfectly efficient and it didn't cause any problems.

9. The Milburn was perfect as the the Upper West Side was a delight and there were 2 fantastic supermarkets within about a block for supplies and the hotel breakfast although often crowded which meant a slight wait on occassions saved a heap of money rather than eating out each morning.
