1. Pros: great location near subway stops, markets, wine store and restaurants; very friendly and helpful staff; the breakfast has a small number of choices (cereal, bagels, apples, waffles on weekends) but its fast and free and staff was very welcoming; clean rooms that are a decent size.

2. We have stayed at the Milburn before, so we thought we knew that it is a decent, quiet, well-situated hotel, but it has gone seriously downhill.
