1. If you want to be in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Times Square this is not for you but if you want to be in a area with lots of great restaurants, cool little food markets, bakeries, real New Yorkers - don't even consider staying anywhere else.

2. The kingbed was little soft, however that certainly is person preference A tiny kitchenette was included with dishes, microwave, sink, coffee maker & fridge (handy to cool that bottle of wine).

4. We turned on the AC in hopes of airing out the rooms, but the two separate AC units were too inadequate to do anything about the strong smell or even simply cool the warm, musty rooms.

6. However, I was also delighted that the room's large window could actually be opened, and when the temps cooled down, I turned off the a/c and enjoyed the fresh air, instead.

8. We spent five nights and loved our experience: wonderful location location near Fairway/Natural History Museum/great restaurants, friendly staff, comfortable/roomy rooms with a great kitcheonette to keep b`fast/snacks cool -- all in all, a hidden jewel and highly recommended for families.

9. By moving to the one bedroom we could run the air conditioner in the living room and have a quiet yet cool sleep in the bedroom and we had at least double the space.
