2. We stayed a week at the Milburn and enjoyed the large, well kept rooms, the huge bath room, the excellent location, the good and nourishing breakfast, and last but not least the friendly, welcoming and very helpfull staff.

5. The service is good, not bad, not excelent but it was Ok, the one thing got my attention is, when they cleaned the room, they didn't wash the dishes which it was kindda odd.

7. More light on higher floors but comfortable place to be Around the corner from Fairway, near Zabars and close enough to walk to Lincoln Center, Natural History Museum,Central Park, and Riverside Park, near Loehmann's and now Century 21 for excellent discounts.
