1. The location could not be better, as it's just a few steps from the bus stop on 76th and Broadway, and close to either the subway at 79th, or 72nd.

2. -FREE Wi-fi (say no more) - this is NOT a given in NYC-FREE continental breakfast (standard hotel continental breakfast fare, no better, no worse than other places) - this is also NOT a given in NYC-Two flat screen TVs in suite (didn't use them too much - there are better things to do in NYC)-Room was very clean and nicely decorated.

3. Having found the Milburn, it almost seemed too good to be true -- for our family it ticked all of the boxes, and the price was substantially better than just about any comparable Manhattan hotel.
