7. Other reviewers have noted that the room decor could use some updating, which is true, but I found the bed to be uber comfy, I had a hot shower every morning, room service was great and every staff interaction I had was wonderful.

The extremely friendly check in agent, the beautiful clean spacious room he gave us as a free upgrade, the free hors d'oeuvres during happy hour, the free breakfast, the unbeatable location at Times Square, the perfect temperature of the room (many in NY are overheated), the amenities in the room, even the speedy and efficient elevators all made for a wonderful and comfortable visit.
