1. The worst thing about the Millennium Broadway were the staff who were arrogant, obnoxious and generally had a bad attitude.

5. Before I post this review, I would like to tell you that I had the Millennium Hotel Broadway send me an email to ask about my stay during mid January 2012, and though I wrote back to them explaining in detail my experience there (and was quite generous in my statements).

8. I was told there are other guests having the same problem and I told her she needs to let the general manager know this is unacceptable.
